Pool Construction Vinyl Liner Pool Construction  Step 1: The hole is dug two foot larger than the pool size which provides a flat surface to install the wall panels. Step 2: The wall panels are set place. Step 3: Concrete is poured around the base of the wall panels, the pool is plumbed, & then the pool is backfilled. Step 4: A sand and cement bottom is installed. Step 5: The liner is installed. Step 6: The concrete is formed & reinforced with steel. Step 7: The concrete decking is poured. After curing, the deck equipment is installed, the pool is cleaned, chemicals are added & the pool is ready to use.
